Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Laeba. We encourage all customers to carefully review the product description, size information, colour, measurements, and other product details before completing a purchase.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales made through Laeba are considered final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selected by the customer

• Incorrect colour selected by the customer

• Personal preference

• Items not fitting as expected

• Minor colour differences caused by lighting, photography, screen settings, or device displays

• Failure to review the product description or size information before purchase

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct product, colour and size are selected before confirming an order.

2. No Refunds

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been completed, Laeba generally does not provide cash refunds, card refunds, store credit, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Orders cannot normally be cancelled after they have been confirmed or prepared for delivery.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Our no-return and no-refund policy does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws of the Maldives.

If you receive an item that is defective, materially damaged, or different from the item ordered, please contact Laeba as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the order.

Customers may be required to provide:

• Order or receipt details

• Photographs or videos showing the issue

• Photographs of the packaging

• Any other information reasonably required to verify the claim

The item should remain unused, unworn, unwashed and with its original tags and packaging wherever reasonably possible.

After reviewing the claim, Laeba will provide any remedy required under applicable law.

4. Product Colours and Images

We make reasonable efforts to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions, photography, editing, screen brightness and device display settings.

Minor variations in colour that do not constitute a product defect are not grounds for return, exchange or refund.

5. Size and Measurements

Customers are strongly encouraged to check the size chart and measurements provided for each product before ordering.

Sizing may vary between different designs and manufacturers. Selecting an incorrect size does not qualify an order for return, exchange or refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Sale and Promotional Items

Items purchased during sales, promotions, special offers or clearance campaigns are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund, except where required under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Delivery Charges

Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or where Laeba determines that the charge should be refunded due to an error on our part.

8. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order through the Laeba website, social media platforms, messaging channels or any other Laeba sales channel, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted this Return & Refund Policy.

9. Applicable Law

This policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Maldives, including applicable consumer protection requirements.

Laeba reserves the right to amend or update this policy from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply to the relevant transaction.
